I hate being a damper, but, back in the hospital for, god hopes, less time than last. Been here two weeks after being so god damn sick, it was brutal. On the bright side, of which Im annoyingly disposed to, I get to keep having Thai delivered right to my room. Effin Eh.

On the not so bright side, goin under the knife again tomorrow. 6 times in less than a year, SCREW YOU HIPPIE GODS!

But, mom did bring Chinese yesterday, so you know, silver lining and all that. Its messed how my life revolves around food now... but I love it so much. All the nurses keep telling me how jealous they are that I an eat and eat and not gain weight. Yeah, fun and games until youre malnourished, arses.

Mmmm.. venting. Good for the soul.

On another note, I pre-ordered the next Harry Potter book as well as His Dark Materials Trilogy (normal order, not pre). AND Ive ben rocking the crossword book like a mad fool. I think my vocab had stretch to its little limit.

Lastly, the apostrophe on this keyboard doesnt work (Im getting french keys instead of the normal ones...), sorry you grammar junkies.

Well... Ill do a proper entry about the past half year when my hands become less numb.

To all that dont know, Ive been in the hospital for the past 6 months.

Finally... FINALLY they anounced my release date. Im free on Monday. Free from the sick and the pale green. I cant begin to say how overjoyed I am. Im going home (or, rather, a home of sorts until I can get back to T.O.)

So, I stumbled across blogspot.com as a means to create an art journal. I want to actually start to give myself goals to reach over the time I'm not in school.

Because of said blogspot I have come across many blogs for artists I've realy respected and drooled over. They have blogs like normal people!! Which makes them people rather than these art gods I had once envisioned. Which I'm okay with *grin* An atainable goal!

Well, two very scary needles later, and my neck/back is starting to feel a little better. I can even look up and to the sides now! :D I also got some fun muscle relaxers to aid in the healing process.

I had just an amazing birthday yesterday. School was... school, but after 6 of the guys took me out for drinks, so by the time I got back home at 7:30 I doing juuuuust fine (hehheh). Went out for Indian Food with Fleck, Pat, Carolyn, Aaron, Fweeh, and Ang. My lord... so tasty... and scored some awesome stuff!! (Like a really pretty suncatcher with a faerie on it, Zero Girl #2, the Anthony Stewart Head album which I didn't even know he had! mmm Giles..., Money to spend at the Watcher heheh, The Edward Scissorhands new aniverssary edition, tasty wine, some scenes from Pat (muahahahaha), a cell phone and RED Chucks (insert Sin City music here).) I feel so spoiled... Then we went to play a rousing game of Laser Tag in which Fweeh kicked everyone's ass, and I came in 9th. Carolyn and I had a tag team goin on at one point *grin*

Now, homework... which I have a LOT of ~_~

I went to the zoo today and met a nice zookeeper that let me go back to the snake/turtle/frog feeding places! (You know, behind one of those doors with the sign of employees only). All for the price of letting him play around with my Ipod while I drew (He was quite impressed with my music selection, let me tell you :P)

Also, after picking up the Kenshin OAV at Pacific Mall the other day, I watched it with the Fleck and GOOD god damn I forgot how excellent it is. The art and the story just... guah. Fleck was awfully impressed with it to so now I think I have a Kenshin TV series watching buddy (joyofjoys!!)

I am ridiculously looking forward to starting school again... my hand started hardcore itching to start new projects.

.... my brain just up and skipped town.

I have been working on my layout assignment for 5 hours now and my brain decided it had enough and flew the coop. Fleck came into my room and noted that I had a slightly far away (and I bet somewhat maniacal) look in my eyes. Curse you and what you stand for, Bob Morane!!!!

On a better note... guess who got a high pass in animation? BOO YAKAHHHHHH! (Whoa... I just re-read that and I agree with Fleck now.. but I digress, on with the celebration) My Prof had very nice things to say and I've always really liked him so I was tickled pink to hear it.

Now... I go shower to get rid of the aches that an oncoming stress-sickness is gracing me with, and then head downstairs to take some garlic-honey to get me well.

So.. tonight... managed to not get ANY homework done, but DID manage to design both tattoos for Kendra and I!

Well.. I started Kendra's at least... I still have a tree to draw as well as some watercolour to throw on the birdies to make them to her liking.

Mine is a cover-up on a tat that I never really got used to, so am covering it up! I managed to combine both my love for Dragonflies and Celtic Knots! Suweet!
